Question 1

Is my payment discreet and private?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed discreetly. No adult-related terms or references will appear on your billing statement or bank records. Your privacy is our top priority.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and more), Telegram Stars, and credit cards. Cryptocurrency and Telegram Stars payments are one-time, while credit card payments support recurring subscriptions.

Question 3

What happens when my subscription expires?

Accepted Answer

When your subscription expires, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. You won't lose any saved data, but premium features will no longer be accessible until you renew.

Question 4

Can I upgrade or switch plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Simply visit the pricing page and select a new plan. Your new plan will take effect immediately.

Question 5

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at support@aicharacterhub.com. For cryptocurrency payments, no action is needed as they are one-time payments that don't auto-renew.

Question 6

Is my personal data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors to protect your data. We never store your full credit card details on our servers, and all transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Question 7

Do you support refunds?

Accepted Answer

We do not support refunds. All sales are final. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at support@aicharacterhub.com and we'll do our best to help.

Question 8

Will I be charged automatically next month?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your payment method. If you paid with cryptocurrency, it's a one-time payment and you will NOT be charged again next month. If you paid with a credit card, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged each billing cycle until you cancel.
