Welcome to AI Character Hub, the premier platform for spicy AI girlfriend chat, immersive character conversations, and SillyTavern-compatible character card creation. By accessing or using the aicharacterhub.com website, mobile applications, or any associated content and services (collectively the "Service"), you ("You" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

About the Service

AI Character Hub allows users to chat with 10,000+ spicy AI girlfriends and characters, create dream AI companions, and share character cards with the community using generative artificial intelligence (AI) chat functionality. Our platform is fully SillyTavern-compatible, enabling seamless character card import and export for immersive AI chat across platforms. The basic Service is free to use, and message credits can be purchased for enhanced features as described on our website and mobile apps. AI Character Hub offers in-app purchases to enhance your experience.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into these terms. You also affirm that you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines carefully before using the Service. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using AI Character Hub:

  • Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary technology
  • Reselling or redistributing AI Character Hub content without authorization
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
  • Creating content that violates our Community Guidelines

User Submissions and Content

Users may submit AI characters, character cards, messages, images, and other content through the Service ("User Submissions"). By submitting content, you retain ownership but grant AI Character Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service, including making character cards available for SillyTavern-compatible export.

You represent and warrant that your User Submissions:

  • Do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Comply with our Community Guidelines
  • Are not pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit
  • Do not contain false or misleading information

Community Guidelines and Content Moderation

All users must follow our Community Guidelines. AI Character Hub reserves the right to monitor, remove, or restrict content and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Privacy and Data Collection
