AI Character Hub operates as an AI character chat and character creation platform. Content made available through the Service is generated, submitted, or arranged as fictional AI character material and is not intended to portray real people engaged in real sexual conduct.

To the extent content on AI Character Hub is purely AI-generated, fictional, illustrated, textual, simulated, or otherwise does not involve real human performers, AI Character Hub understands that the federal record-keeping requirements commonly associated with 18 U.S.C. 2257 do not apply to that content because no real performers are engaged in the production.

AI Character Hub prohibits users from uploading, creating, requesting, or distributing content that depicts or appears to depict minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, real individuals without authorization, or any content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
